Cancellation Policy

CMT Course Refund & Rescheduling Policy All class deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your class one time only to transfer your deposit to a future date. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required to secure a new class date. No-call, no-show attendees will forfeit their deposit and must submit a new deposit to rebook. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not be permitted to enter the class and must wait for the next available session. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. You are required to come to class fully prepared with all requested materials and documentation. Failure to do so will result in being asked to sit out and attend the next available session. A new deposit will be required to re-enroll. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
